Probate Attorney Fees

Attorney fees for probate matters will vary by the complexity of the matter and type of probate administration needed, but generally, we try and charge a flat fee for most probate matters. Attorney's fees for simple summary administration or admission of foreign will to record proceedings may approximate $1000 plus costs for most cases. For more complex probate matters, we follow the Florida statutory fee schedule for probate matters.
